Don’t let them get to you this season. Eliminate mosquito, cockroach, scorpion, flies, wasps bugs and spiders.
The whole process takes 30 – 60 minutes. We recommend you stay out of the property for an hour after we have sprayed just so it can dry without being touched.
This product is safe around pets and animals. We will spray all your entrances into the property, external doors and windows and around the inside of the property, internal door frames, curtains etc so there is adequate product sprayed throughout the property.

From time to time your units will not be running to their full capacity, they are not getting as cold as they used to or takes longer to get cooler, this usually means they need re-gassing. We will arrange for a qualified engineer to call to your property and re-gas any units that require it.
AIR CONDITIONING – (providing and placing)
We can offer full range of options available including the new inverting models. Prices depend on the size of unit you need for your room size and they type of unit you want.
If your units are old and need replacing we can also arrange for prices of new ones. There is also new range which is highly economical and environmentally friendly, using the latest compressor and inverter technology keeping power consumption minimal, but at the same time providing you with powerfull cooling and heating.
Arrange Insurance – £10 per policy, free if yearly management contract is in place.
Furniture Packages – Available upon request and budget information.
Personal Shopper – We can go with you and show you the local shops where to get furnishings, price depends on how long you require the service . Hourly rate will apply.
Arrange Gas & Water Bottles – £5 on top of the price for bottles, free if yearly management contract is in place.
Emergency Call Out – No charge if genuine medical emergency, £10 plus petrol expenses, day or night, we will provide you or your guests a local number to call us for events such as health problems, Locksmith’s, Burglary etc. Free when yearly contract is in place.

Meet & Greet – £15 before 6pm, 6pm to 9am £20.
We will meet your guests at your property and give them the keys to your property and show them around the property making them familiar with alarms, appliances and locks, give them local information on the area if required. For holiday lets your guests will really appreciate this service.
Decorating – Free quotes available upon request.
Chauffeur Service – Hire one of our cars and we can provide a chauffeur service for those clients who can not drive or don’t want to drive in Turkey. Prices supplied upon request.
