DEEP CLEAN
LEVEL 1
- Open all doors and windows to air the property.
- Remove all dirty bedding and towels and launder them. (ironing not included)
- Vacuum all floors and mop.
- Dust all furniture and shelving.
- Empty all bins and dispose all rubbish.
- Clean kitchen cupboards inside and out.
- Clean oven, fridge freezer inside and out.
- Clean all kitchen appliances like kettle, toaster etc.
- Clean wall tiles in kitchen and bathrooms.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms and fittings.
- Sweep and mop all balconies, roof terrace, and all metalwork an balconies.
- Clean all outside patio furniture.
- Wipe down air conditioner units outside surfaces only.
- Clean light fittings and ceiling fans.
- Dust all ornaments and picture frames.
- Make all beds back up and replace clean laundered towels.
- Clean all windows inside and out and all window frames and patio door runners.
All laundry will be done at your property, we will supply all cleaning materials.
BASIC CLEAN
LEVEL 2
- Empty all bins, remove rubbish and tidy each room
- Remove all dirty bedding and towels
- Sweep and mop all floors
- Sweep and mop all balconies and roof terrace
- Dust furniture and shelving
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect work surfaces and kitchen sink
- Make all beds with clean linen and replace towels with clean ones
Please note that laundry isn’t included in this service so in order to have this service you must have at least two sets of bedding and towels.
CONSTRUCTION CLEAN
- Everything in the deep clean.
- Remove all paint splashes off all tiled surfaces inside the property.
- Scrape off all plaster splashes and clean away marks from all surfaces.
- Wash all paintwork down.
- Wash all internal doors.
- Wash main front door.
- Clean all windows and shutters.
- Sweep and hose down all outside steps and walk ways.
Our cleaners give a professional service rivalled by none here in Turkey, they will leave your home sparkling clean and smelling fresh throughout. We structure our cleans by the amount of bedrooms as this usually dictates how many bathrooms you have and how many balconies.

Please Note:
Here in Turkey during the summer months it is very dry and dusty, outside furniture and balconies can get dirty very quickly. We will endeavour to clean your property on the day or the day before you arrive providing you give us enough notice.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Summer Bedding:
£10 per double bed includes summer bed linen, 2 bath towel & 2 hand towel.
£5 per single bed includes summer bed linen, 1 bath towel & 1 hand towel.
